Cup Semi-Final
Square progressed into the cup final with a comprehensive defeat
of a spirited Cornerstone side.
Although the more dominant side in the first half, it took Square
a little time to open the scoring but once the first one went in,
Square quickly moved away to lead 5-0 at half time with goals from
Tom, Mark and Darren (3).
The second half was played in much the same manner as the first
but Cornerstone were unable to penetrate the sound Square defence,
while Square added 2 more goals from Matthew to extend the victory
to 7-0. A little harsh on Cornerstone who never gave up.

Man of the Match:
Tom Mitchelmore – best performance so far from Tom and he
opened the scoring to set the team on its way.
Summary:
An extremely professional performance from the team (again !). The
danger against sides that they are expected to beat is that they
become complacent and under perform - not today. Makes my half-time
team talks easy on days like this.
