Despite a below par performance,
Square completed their third win a row against a very unlucky City
Church.
For some reason Square’s performance fell well below that
that was expected in the first half but despite this they still
took a 2-0 lead through two goals from Darren. Despite falling behind
, City Church took the game to Square and they deservedly reduced
the half time lead to 2-1.
The second half saw very little improvement from Square and it was
City Church who appeared to be getting the upper hand and they drew
level in the second half. However, at last, Square in the last five
minutes seemed to get their act together a bit and a third goal
from Darren late on saw Square secure the three points.

as well as scoring all of the goals only Darren and Andy played
to their potential in this game.
Summary:
A performance that fell way below expectations and the expression
“daylight robbery” comes to mind, all of the credit
goes to City Church. However the team has an in built winning mentality
and this belief saw the team grind out this victory.
