Another excellent team
performance saw Square United comprehensively defeat a weakened
Harvest Alpha side.
United were dominate from the first whistle and the striking duo
of Darren and Jamie both scored first hat-tricks as United led 6-0
at the break.
The second half saw United continue with their dominant performance
and further goals from Darren (2) and Jamie saw United stretch their
lead to 9-0. However Harvest Alpha never gave up and to their credit
scored a late consolation goal.

Man of the Match:
Jamie Copperwheat –
another excellent striking performance, linking up well with Darren
again. It was extremely difficult to single out a man of the match
as every player played well.
Summary:
Whilst the opposition was not the strongest side United have faced,
it was the manner of the performance that was most pleasing. The
players put in an attacking, passing game which was too much for
Alpha and could have scored more. However credit to Harvest Alpha
for never giving in and scoring a late goal.
