An extremely entertaining and sporting game of football, saw Square
United edge to another victory and extend their unbeaten run.
Both sides started the game brightly with both creating chances
but both goalkeepers and defences kept the goals out. However Square
United were the stronger side and they deservedly lead at half time
with a goal from Darren.
At the start of the second half, a combination of Cornerstone’s
determination not to down without a fight, and United getting a
little casual saw Cornerstone score an equaliser. This only served
to spark Square into life and from then onwards there was only one
winner and Darren struck 2 late goals to complete his hat trick
and the victory.

United home.
Summary:
Once Cornerstone had equalised, Square United stepped up their performance
and took over the game and deservedly won the game. However full
credit to a sporting Cornerstone Trinity who played their part in
an excellent game of football.
